Click on the link below to access our virtual school calming room.  Today's challenges can be overwhelming for parents, students, teachers......really for everyone.  Learning to cope with our challenges takes time.  It is important to learn positive ways to cope with stress, fear, anxiety, etc.  Find something in the calming room that helps you feel calm, relaxed, and peaceful. Take a few minutes to be in the moment.  Lay down your worries and fears.  Focus on your breathing, your heartbeat, or a fan.  You'll find it feels nice to rest your troubles for a moment.
