Media Center's Online Catalog

 The online catalog used in Duplin County Schools is Destiny Discover.  Students have the capability to not only check out books with this system, but they can also search for specific titles, subjects, or authors that they may be interested in.  Because our system is online, students can search anywhere there is an internet connection - the library, classroom, computer lab, at home, or various other locations available to them.

During Media Orientations, students learn how to use this online catalog to get the most out of what is available to them.  They also learn how to do self-check-in/check-out and check out ebooks as well.  This allows students to have the freedom to come to the Media Center for a quick book exchange.
